two directions, two skills

Recently, may be within four months (Mar.----Jun.), there are two directions and two skills I need to take care of:

DIRECTIONS: Neural Science & English

SKILLS: SPSS/ORIGIN & Written English

I must manage these skills during the short period. No doubt about it~

Change my own way of rewarding from some dirty things to some other things such as working ,reading Times, Nature, Science, Cell, Neuron, PNAS, JNS, doing sports, reciting the words.
